HIIT Lab, a fitness studio in West Seattle, needed a mural that would serve a specific purpose.
They wanted to celebrate their clients' milestones (100, 250 and 500 classes) with merchandise and a mural to display their photos and celebrate their achievement.
After brainstorming a few different directions we settled on a couple of motivational phrases and a heartbeat line to symbolize the ups and downs.
We kept the wall's original grey background and used a darker shade of blue with white and neon yellow accents.

The challenge was the very narrow corridor with the designated wall. Neither a projector nor a doodle method was possible to transfer the design onto a wall. I had to use the good old grid and transfer everything freehand. I did end up printing out numbers and lettering to make stencils and speed up the process.

The whole process took three 8-hour days
